Incorrect date "Frequently Returned Item" Badge
I'm have an issue with the "Frequently Returned Item" badge on, and I think the return rate is being calculated incorrectly.
Amazon’s data shows a 16.18% short term return rate, but the chart start day from December 29 to March 21, but February date are missing.I've opened a case with support Case ID: 17468424671, but I haven’t received a clear explanation of how they calculated.
Has anyone else faced similar issues? How did you get Amazon to review and update the return rate?

My understanding is that the visualization does include data from the entire period when the returns occurred, however there may not have been returns for that ASIN during that month. The current review of this metric in your case suggest this is working as intended and no data is omitted. Can you provide any additional details why you might think this is in error? Please note that the return rate is in comparison to other products in the category and this is why it is different from the return rate in your return reports. Thank you for your understanding.
