My Account is Deactivated for more than 2 weeks
My account was deactivated for more than 2 weeks for InformAct verification.
I submitted all required docs last week and saw the message that the account would be reactivated in 48 hours. So, I waited, for more than 49 hours. I called to the Seller Support. I was told that the verification procedure had been completed and my account health was good. I only needed to wait and he would anyway raise the matter to speed up the reactivation. I received the email to confirm that it was taken care of.
After more than 24 hours, my account was still on deactivation. I called to the Seller Support again and was given the same answer. Again, I received the email as the call summary.
20mins ago, I received an email saying that there is outstanding info that I didn't supply. The message was not specific and said that 'go check in your account'.
From my account info, I see all items at InformAct have been ticked and no indication of outstanding info. Then, I call to Seller Support. It's the same answer - I see you fulfilled all the requirements. you just need to wait for 48 hours.
The Support Specialist can't see any outstanding requirement either. And I have been waiting for many '48 hours'.
The verification procedures are far from efficiency. Requirements are not specific in the last email (actually, I believeI I had submitted all the requirements for all the ticks shown under InformAct). Even the Support Specialists (there were 3 whom I talked to) could see the verification procedures completed at their end.
I am paying the Amazon Fee and cannot do any selling. My inventory at Amazon is stranded and I cannot send shipment too. Isn't it fair?
Anyone got the same experience and may guide me? May anyone from Amazon help?

I have gathered your concerns and passed them to the appropriate teams, whom confirmed the account was actually reinstated back on 8/8/24 and even provided an additional notification as confirmation of their decision. If you are still seeing the banner for INFORM in the account health page of seller central, you can safely dismiss this banner if you have no already to help clean up this page.
If you are still experiencing issues with this or the verification process, please follow up with additional information so we can continue to look into the situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
