Coupon failed even after lowering sale price
I created a coupon and it failed because it needed to get Net Price to 18.95. I took a dollar off the sale price instead and it still gives the same error even though my Net Price is now 18.95. I have even tried lowering the price more and the error is the same. Is this a known bug? How do I fix this?
Here is the error:
Increase Coupon Discount to be eligible for the Coupon
Current Net Price: $19.95
Required Net Price: $18.95
Increase Coupon Discount by at least $1.00

That resets the mathematical calculation for the required coupon value....
