Promo code is not working
Hello, I need some guidance regarding a promotional issue. I've set up a promo code exclusively for our email subscribers, offering a 10% discount (only for one ASIN). However, when I tested it, it didn't seem to work as expected. Currently, we have an ongoing brand promotion providing the same 10% discount (all products) to cart abandoners, but without the need for a code, and this promotion is visible on the detail page.
Could this existing promotion be interfering with the one I'm trying to test? Would it be advisable to consider a different discount percentage?

I wanted to follow up on your post. When you mention a promo code for your email subscribers, is this part of the brand tailored promos?
The promotion that will be visible should usually be the one with the highest benefit for the customers. Since both of the promotions you are setting have the same discount, they could be overlapping.
