I am lost for words, we have an ASIN we have been selling for 5+ years with Age Verifcation, its not really a blade but a Scraper to remove glue off of walls etc.

We had the previous day sent sent stock into fba and from 1 minute to the next its gets taken down, we opened a case and are the reply is

This is a bladed product that cannot be sold without online age verification.

To which I reply and send a screenshot to amazon to show the product detail page showing that age verifcation is on our ASIN and we just get the same auto reply back, I emailed the MD but also not getting anywhere, is there anyone that can help us please, I just need some help in sorting this please.
