Fraudulent Buyers (possible scam)
We have had a barrage of customers for a given product stating they never received the package. We checked everyone of them and have proof it was delivered. Many times with photo or signature or both. If you look at the case, and each order, the verbiage in the customers request is similar and follows a consistent pattern. Several have gone to AtoZ and Amazon refunded but acknowledged we did everything right but they were refunding but not counting it against us.
We do not feel it should be refunded. We would like someone to look at the buyer on each order and look to see if there is a pattern of these complaints for each buyer. I cannot quite determine yet what scam they are running. It is not just about "free" product IMO. There is more to it and I do not want to see other sellers getting hit the same.

Do you use Amazon's buy shipping? If not, you could hand deliver, and it wouldn't count.

Hello @Seller_q9QRK21aDA2Fl- and thank you for looking to the seller forums for some guidance on managing seller fulfilled orders.
I wanted to make sure you had the appropriate guidance to surface such behavior and situations, including reporting the buyer activity and Order ID as a violation, and information on what to include in an A-to-z Claim appeal to help navigate such situations, as the pathway for seeking reimbursement for claims.
You may also be interested in reviewing details on the protections offered by Amazon Buy Shipping labels, as the 'Claims protected' classification of those labels can help protect you from 'Item not received' claims.
I hope this information helps, and thank you again for posting.
Best,
Danny

We are experiencing the same thing- it is a free product scam as they know Amazon will refund them (courtesy of their 3rd party sellers). This never happens on Ebay. I have appealed the A-Z claims as it clearly shows the item was delivered but Amazon refunds them anyways. Amazon is encouraging fraud by allowing this.
