Dear Amazon Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my Amazon account. Approximately 4-5 months ago, I lost my phone and consequently had to purchase a new phone number. I reported this issue to Amazon by opening a case and informed them that I no longer had access to my old phone number and that it needed to be updated to my new number. However, due to a verification code requirement, I was unable to complete this process.

During this period, I still had access to my current account and, to avoid losing access, I sent myself an invitation and continued to log in through this method. Unfortunately, I recently lost access to my main account, likely due to clearing my browsing history, although I am not certain of the exact cause. For the past 4-5 months, I have only been able to access my account through the invitation.

Now, my account has been closed, and I do not understand the reason for this closure. As the original account owner, I am unable to log in because I no longer have access to my old phone number.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I need help restoring access to my account and updating my contact information to reflect my new phone number. Please let me know what steps I need to take to verify my identity and regain access to my account.
