I have been running with SSA shipping on my account for a little while now, as of recently my lead times on my listings have gone up by 4-5 business days. Even in my home state amazon is stating 7-10 days for delivery when i deliver in 1-2, every day. I do have ups ground, usps and fedex ground only set.

Whats more frustrating is out of state competitors have shorter lead times into my own state. Yes, i did check my delivery times im still within 1-2 days delivery. This makes no sense to me.

Also can someone explain why amazon shows the customer a shipping date of 10-12 days out, but when i get the order its due to be delivered in 4-5 days, the numbers dont make sense.

Im thinking of dropping ssa but i also want the protection. Can someone tell me if they are facing similar issues.
