I have opened this Case ID : 17057903381 and waiting for months. It still waiting for Amazon actions and there is no any action. I am so tired now.

my all products are trash. where is my shipment. they opened the box and took some products and enter the wrong closed shipment after that they did my shipment (FBA18SF5S6DL) working status and the box is waiting as working status and I dont know why ???
