The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s)...
I purchased a batch of UPCs with a company prefix directly from GS1 3 weeks ago (that is 21 days ago.) The one UPC I am using to add my first product is not being validated by Amazon. It just keeps saying "The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN."
I have reached out to support and have been trying to get this resolved. I have sent all of the information they have asked for multiple times. I have sent a screenshot with a timestamp of the error, my certificate of my prefix purchase form GS1, a screenshot of my upc in the GS1 database, an email of my trademark registration reciept, I even sent an agreement between me and my sourcing agent that provides my brand name, my personal name, and my LLC name.
I got to the point where they said they were able to validate that my UPC code was in the GS1 database but that they needed "Proof of relation between the brand or the manufacturer and the UPC or EAN owner. " I had already sent this but I sent my trademark registration reciept again. I then got the same cookie cutter response to send all of the same info I had already sent.
I spoke to someone through chat and they told me to submit all of this info again and they would look at the case again. I got an email saying that they were reviewing my case and would get back to me when they have an update. That was 5 days ago so today I replied and asked if they had any updates and then I got the generic cookie cutter response that they cannot validate my product ID. I am brand registered so Amazon should know that I am connected to brand and my brand is therefore connected to my upc codes.
I am at my wits end trying to get this resolved and have been working on this issue for almost 3 weeks now. Please someone, anyone, help me!

I'm sorry you're running into difficulties adding your product. I've reviewed the related details and see there has been a new update from the technical team where your UPC has been approved. I would recommend trying to add the product again, as it should be working for you now.
If you have tried this and still running into any issues, please update case 15598489041 for further investigation.
