Admin please help!
I am trying to list a product. While trying to list, I got the Error 5461 message. I got approval to list my item by going through the process after clicking on the error message. Although I am now approved to list the item, I am still getting an error message. I have opened a case (15481743141).
Admin - please look at this case. Every response to my case is identical saying they completed the review and I am approved to list the brand, so start listing. The messages also all say to send a screenshot if I am still getting an error.
I feel like I'm stuck in Groundhog day. I send a response with a screenshot showing I'm still getting the error, and two hours later I get the EXACT SAME REPLY as I just typed above.
Admin, please get me out of this crazy loop and to someone who can actually help!

I'm sorry you have had difficulties ASINs for this brand. I've reviewed your case and the issue appears to be that you weren't using the exact brand name that you were approved to create ASINs under. In order to avoid Error 5461 you will need to use the EXACT brand name you were approved for. However it looks like you were able to resolve the issue and your product is now listed.
I'm sorry you had difficulties but I believe there was some complexities with this specific Brand as there are many different aliases of this Brand that the Brand uses. Please let me know if you have additional questions on this issue. Thank you.
