VTR click and drop

Has anyone experienced VTR issues while sending via click and drop ?
just got a notification today tried writing and calling amazon but keep getting an automated response .
calls are useless as they (with respect) speak English poorly , inaudible and also end up hanging up on me .
im sending large letters only system is fully integrated and working , all orders have 2d barcode and identifier number also on click and drop they all come up as delivered and scanned .
any ideas on how i can solve this VTR issue ? as usual amazon is not being helpful

I would like to know why im getting low VTR when all checks out with the integration via click and drop .
last month all was fine and i was using the same service as usual

its business acc and i use BPL second class large letters only

yes all automatically marked and dispatched via click and drop all have carrier name , shipping method STD_uk_2 with identifier numbers uploaded automatically via click and drop .
i dont mark anything as dispatched myself all via integration.
i have ben using the same method for ages with no issues before last month all fine even after policy changes .
all scanned and recorded as delivered

yes that’s why im trying to find out , im confident all checks out with policy .
as usual you cant get a straight answer from them and the phone calls are utterly useless.
now im having to buy individually from them and will queue at PO to get them scanned 1by 1 …

Our has always been around 88-91% since day 1. We receive emails from Amazon from time to time saying the VTR is below 95%, but not much I can do if the postman doesn’t scan the item upon delivery. We use CLR48 for most of the items. I could buy the postage through Amazon using our click and drop account, but we don’t sell that much so we would loose on the quantity discount. :frowning:

Yes we used to use C&D CRL48 and got hit by posties not scanning on delivery.
So in our case we added a shipping charge to all our listings and send either tracked or letterbox tracked this remove any issue with VAR from the day we implemented the decision.

you can get tracking information from both click and drop and royal mail’s main website via track and trace with bpl if gives you a delivery confirmation
