We are trying to update our information for the Brazil Marketplace through the following link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/seller-verification/soa-brazil-onboard/regional/node/review-submit/render. However, we are receiving an error stating that we don’t have the necessary permissions to access it. This is quite surprising, as we are using the primary account.
We are eager to start selling on Amazon Brazil remotely and would appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let us know the necessary steps to regain access and complete the setup.
