Non Prime Self Fulfilled Seller Account Showing Prime?!
I don't have an FBA account, but when I recently added my own book to the marketplace it showed as having a Prime option which would be fulfilled by Amazon. Since I printed the book myself and have all of the stock right here, I queried it and was told that since it says Prime and it's fulfilled by Amazon, there's nothing I can do.
So I removed my product altogether, but the Prime option of buying my book remained up. Several emails later it's still there because 'it's fulfilled by Amazon so I can't remove it'. I can't seem to get anyone to grasp what I'm saying. If anyone orders that book they will never get it as I HAVE ALL OF THE STOCK.
I have now filed a copyright complaint to get it removed but it's 3 days over the response time. Has anyone else had this issue?

From what i can see you have two books for sale. One fulfilled entirely by yourself and a more recent book which is only being sold by Amazon.
On that newer book they are essentially taking pre-orders and are expecting stock in 6 or 7 months time - probably speculatively. Should anyone order and then Amazon realise at some point they don't get copies in, Amazon will cancel the orders and it wouldn't impact your account.
You are fine to add your FBM offer to that listing (though the listing does need some content). I'm not sure a copyright claim will achieve anything since Amazon aren't going to be creating their own copies of your book so they aren't really breaking copyright.
