Someone copied my Brand name, listing images and ASIN from US amazon store
Hi Guys,
Some seller in canada has used my Brandname, copied my listing images and my ASIN from Amazon US and created a listing in Amazon Canada. I can't believe amazon allowed him to use my ASIN in amazon canada because he is now using my reviews from Amazon US to list and sell the product on amazon Canada.
I am a brand registered owner on amazon US.
I have reported this to amazon US support who asked me to report ti amazon Canada support. I have reported in to Amazon Canada support also. The issue is when I add listing from Amazon Canada as duplicate listing and my listing from Amazon US as original listing, amazon says duplicate ASIN and does not let me report it.
I have decided to report it here hoping I would get help.
Can someone advise how to go about it ?
Thanks in advance !
Regards

Is she selling at a much higher price? In this case they buy from you on .com and sell on .ca. It's a sale for you. On your place I would do a testbuy to look if she really sells YOUR product. If yes, it wouldn't bother me. A sale is a sale.

Remember, in order for you can create an infringement claim or report a violation.
