Product Safety Documents, but not a TOY

Hi, I am so stressed :frowning:
Amazon will not accept any appeals for my Onesie loungewear.
I have 47 Document Requests for Toys Safety and neither Factory nor Supplier, (nor UK Trading standards advice) say CE labels for these products are necessary for pyjamas.

Anyone any solutions? At my wit’s end.
I have tried everything I can think of. Seller Support just insist on going through the Appeals process.
What could be triggering these Toy safety requests.
I have no requests on newer styles.

As I said before I don’t have any issues with any of my Childrens Onesies or Pyjamas and I have 100’s on sale. I have never (yet) been asked for Document Requests.

You are correct there are no CE requirements unless there is also a toy element to the clothing item. For example a removable toy. The only requirements around childrens onesies and pyjamas is labelling. For example the labelling normally has to say ‘Keep Away From Fire’ along with requirements around the material used.

If you want to share an ASIN I will see if I can see anything that is triggering it. If you don’t want to share on the main thread then you can pm me in confidence and I will update the thread with anything I can see.

I’ve received 100s of doc requests for kids fancy dress clothing, rightly or wrongly.

Hi Clothing Seller,
Are you selling in the States or are Amazon selling your products on .com via FBA export?
If so, then the safety compliance documents they are requesting need to be submitted.
Amazon requires that all children’s sleepwear has been tested and complies with the specific regulation or standard requirements below:
Children’s sleepwear

Another seller recently got caught out as they did not realise Amazon were selling their products on .com.
