From what you share, this sounds like you are attempting to verify your address for the Inform Consumers Act and the postcard has not arrived as of yet.

I understand this is urgent, as your account is currently deactivated. If you go to the address verification page, can you share what status the postcard is in? example: preparing, dispatched, in transit, or delivered. This page should also display an estimated delivery date, can you share that date here?
