Sole seller of our products - cant access a parent sku to delete varation link - emailled amazon support 10 times to no avail!

Some how a parent child relationship has been created via our products we sell on UK ,EU and USA sites. On our UK listing some of our products have been linked together ..although one of our most popular colours has been linked to our foreign inventory so is double the price. listing details and images are also missing. I have emailed via a case 10+ times and keep getting generic amazon responses totally unrelated to the issue..i.e. how to create a listing, holiday mode and the obvious steps to update a variation family. Which obviously i would easily do if i had access to the parent sku! chat and phone options have been unavailable for days saying no one is available. would just love an actual amazon human to read and help assist with my issue.
