Negative reviews for FBA orders

Hi team,

Did anyone experience some similar situations, we do have some FBA orders which been damaged in transit/sent different stuff, etc, and customers have left us some negative reviews under our product listing pages, even if we never managed these FBA deliveries.

I have raised a case to Seller Support, explaining as these orders been fully delivered by Amazon and we don't have any touch, and they should remove these negative reviews under our product page.

Unfortunately, they have declined my request. Did anyone managed similar stuff?

Would really appreciate if someone from Amazon support team can review our case.

Thank you for bringing this matter into our attention. I understand you are having issues requesting the removal of product reviews.

Based on what you mentioned, you requested removal with our Seller Support team. I would like to clarify that our Support team can't influence or remove the product reviews, in order to request removal you must follow the steps below:

  1. From the product detail page, find the review in question.
  2. Click the “Report abuse” link and follow the steps to report the review.
  3. You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there (but know you’re not likely to get a reply from this alias, even if they take action).

If you consider that the product reviews goes against our Community Guidelines, feel free to share the case in which you reported this issue or the product review links for further review.
