Missing over 40 Units of inventory
I sent a total of 100 units to Amazon, all of which were received, and the shipments have been closed. So far, only 49 units have been sold, meaning I should have 51 units available for purchase. However, my inventory ledger shows only 1 unit available, with 3 units in FC Processing. The missing units are not showing under FC transfer or FC processing, and I have no clarity on where they have gone.
I’ve reached out to support but haven’t made any progress. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
