It never happened before, no performance notifications and No emails. My account health is still healthy. I complied with the Inform Act.
Please help me figure these issues out. I want to know additional information regarding the funds reserve and any guidance that can be provided.

My name is CR and I'd love to see if I can provide you with some information here. I see that the case was just opened a couple of days ago and there has been recent reply that it has been transferred to the appropriate team for further investigation.
I have this on my radar as well and will be monitoring this for a response as well.

Hi! A few sellers and I have been dealing with this immediately after verification. We have thread after thread on this with absolutely NO responses except wait. They say DO NOT Open multiple cases. It will only DELAY the response instead as it pushes it back to square one, how I understood from a fellow seller. Anyways It has been over 6 weeks on my end . I have spoken to sellers that have $500 all in reserve 100% and all the way to 98K in reserve 100%.
We are starting to believe it is a glitch as we are not new, it happened at the same time and same way. In addition, we do not have any major issues or concerns with our accounts. They say WAIT IT OUT. Not sure how long. I do get once in a while ,,,WE ARE WORKING ON IT and they combined ALL OF MY 15 cases into ONE CASE.
YESTERDAY I finally got a response with ZERO details but it is a move in the right direction. i am assuming it is regarding JUST ONE of my problems not both. If it is both lucky me. I will wait 5-10 business days which brings it into next week and into week 2 even if it takes that long.
I recommend opening just ONE CASE.....and asking the moderators to ESCALATE your case
