Hi All,

Despite items being delivered customers are opening A-Z Claims and they are going against my score. Im getting about 2-3 in every 100 Orders Currently but this is making my A-Z rate over the 1% and today I got an email about a training course and my account is now seriosuly at risk of deactivation. All of them have been delivered!! Some, even in Amazons response it says 'Item Tracking and Signiture is showing delivered but the customer has claimed they never got it and it's going against me.

Any help please
