Need Help – Amazon Keeps Sending Template Responses, No Resolution
Hey everyone, I really need help!
My Amazon account got deactivated because of an "inauthentic" complaint about a product I never even sold. I’ve sent multiple appeals explaining everything, but all I get are the same automated responses asking for invoices that I don’t have.
It feels like no one is actually reviewing my case, and Account Health support isn’t helping either. Has anyone dealt with this before? How can I get a real person to look into my case?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
