Need Help – Amazon Keeps Sending Template Responses, No Resolution

Hey everyone, I really need help!

My Amazon account got deactivated because of an "inauthentic" complaint about a product I never even sold. I’ve sent multiple appeals explaining everything, but all I get are the same automated responses asking for invoices that I don’t have.

It feels like no one is actually reviewing my case, and Account Health support isn’t helping either. Has anyone dealt with this before? How can I get a real person to look into my case?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

welcome to the world of seller support inefficiencies and working in Silos. You just need to be persistent and I would call them directly so they can follow up with a proper case log and resolution. Keep fighting the good fight and be persistent.
