Hi guys i sent some inventory in october 2023 13 items 8 showed up slowly after chasing customer services and been told they haven't received all 13 etc etc.... i have the tracking clearly showing all items delivered i provided photos and invoices finally after 11 months of going round and round in circles. I have been told 5 items are officially lost and i will be refunded. I have opened several cases and being ignored these items cost me thousands i am absolutely disappointed with the customer service. each time im told a new case is opened then nothing for weeks. Keep getting same standard emails back. I have been suffering stress and anxiety aswell as a big financial loss. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and apalling surely it shouldn't take 11 months!!!

is there an official complaints department as i have just been shoved around and ignored for past 11 months. This has caused me so me stress i have stopped sending further items to amazon and using other platforms to sell online. I am absolutely digusted with the service i have recieved

Ive spent days and days with customer services repeating the same thing over and over again for the past 11 months. Each time im told it will be sorted with 24 hours. Tried live chat email phone service. Explaining myself again and again. Opened so many cases but totally bieng ignored and sent standard replies. Sent all the required information many times. Been told inventory is correct inventory is misplaced inventory is lost .... each time i chase this up its a different story absolutely fed up with this micky mouse operation which has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety
I want to make an official complaint and take legal action against for what i have been going through financially and mentally.

You should have done this last year but timscale is irrelevant,do it this week.They do tend to pay up before you take small claims action.

It's not that unusual for the stock to be found years later, usually in dilapidated condition.
