How do we get seller feedback?
We have been selling for almost 2 months now. We have had 196 orders during that time at a 95% on time delivery rate and a 0 pre-fulfillment cancellation rate and a 0 late shipping rate. Very little returns. So we have had a lot of successful transactions. We haven't received a single positive feedback. We have received 3 negative feedback.
Is there a trick I'm missing to getting positive feedback? Is there a way to solicit feedback from customers?

Sadly, on Amazon most buyers only leave seller feedback when they have an issue. Amazon doesn't make it "easy" to leave seller feedback either. For reviews, they pop in a list and you can leave multiple in minutes, for seller feedback, you have to go to each order and open that link....
