Do the invoices have your address, vat number etc on that exactly match your amazon account?
Does the supplier info include a phone number and website?
Is the brand right on amazon on the products in question?

From what I understood it's regarding a Microsoft listing, right ?
Besides the invoice, you could ask Microsoft if you're already in touch with them, if they can provide you a Letter of Authorization, which confirms the relationship and authenticity.
I'd also recommend to add a written appeal/statement from you, indicating how you make sure the authenticity of your products.
