A to Z Fraud and no protection from amzon
is there someone who can explain to me how amazon constantly grant people a to z claims i send all my items out 2 day delivery tracked with photo and gps proof yet a customer can go to amazon and say they did not receive there item even tho there is clear proof that these items have been delivered they still grant them there refunds plus mark it against our ODR which then we lose features on our side that effects our business
how can this be its fraud plain and simple
i even had a customer try and blackmail us messaging us saying if we dont offer them future discounts they will leave us bad feedback we reported this to amazon yet nothing got done feedback still stays on our account
there is 0 protection from amazon for sellers this can not be right
and then there is the stupid 97% of on time delivery you have to have to get premium delivery we had 50 orders with next day delivery 1 item was late due to courier problems there side and what happens we lose the premium delivery option for 7 days because we was sitting at 96% 1 in in 50 orders its a joke

order number 205-4219506-5481903 item was delivered with tracking gps tracking and photo proof they messaged us 1 hour after it had been delivered asking when it will be delivered we told them it had been delivered sent them the gps and photos they then started a a to z claim it got granted but not against my ODR so i appealed this with the gps tracking and photos and then my appeal got rejected because i did not send enough evidence what do i need to do get my couriers to video the delivery
order number 206-4902224-7429935 the exact same thing gps tracking and photo evidence yet amazon still refunded them because apparently lack of evidence
this needs to be sorted i can not keep running my business like this at the end of the day its theft

the assumption is no signature, unlikely to win unfortunately. That isn’t necessarily what the a-z guidance says (which states a signature is useful if delivery can’t be shown by other evidence) but it appears to be what the a-z team seem is required.
Only comfort is you are in the same boat as everyone else.
Suggestions would be use Amazon Buy Shipping, or if you believe you have the evidence, take Amazon to small claims court (you can take the customer instead but this is also technically against Amazon policy and is a risk to your account status)
