abuse of transparency program

Hello,

A Rights owner is abusing the Amazon Transparency program by printing transparency codes on a white opaque box and shipping it to FBA. Per Amazon's transparency program policy the brand owner / manufacturer has to put on Labels every product that leaves their facility that is sold on Amazon and by other online / retail sellers.

I did a test buy and none of the products have transparency codes printed on them. Only on a white box which they put the product in and ship to FBA. It seems the seller is using the Transparency program as a way to GATE their brand even though I purchased the product directly from the manufacturer.

Is this something that Amazon cares about? I purchased the items directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer is not the controller of the Amazon account. It is controlled by another seller who is using abusing the tranparency program to monopolize an ASIN, rather than go through the proper channels of gating the brand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
