Amazon Date Range Summary Report discrepancy/ MONEY MISSING!

We where working with our Date Range Summary Report for 2023 last night and noticed a major discrepancy we can't seem to find accounted for!
At the top of the report we see our our expenses deducted from our income thus giving us our transfer amount. Simple math. However this total transfer amount DOES NOT ADD UP! It is $5110.89 short! We can't find this difference accounted for anywhere.
Furthermore, noticing this issue and being skeptical of Amazon, we downloaded Date Range Summary Report for the entirety of time we've sold on Amazon... This report show's a similar discrepancy totaling a missing difference of $7,727.53 since 2018!!!
I've reached out to support and have been transferred to different departments, escalated, but no one seems to know the answer or is even capable of helping. Seller Support just keeps sending us bot responses refereeing to our 1099-k which we've never even mentioned once in relation to this case because it doesn't relate.
I refuse to just be transferred from department to department without resolution when it seems there's a major discrepancy with what Amazon paid us and what they maybe should have paid us! This seems like a huge deflection of responsibility and if Amazon can't show us where this discrepancy of $7,727.53 was actually deducted from our transferred amount; then they need to pay us the difference NOW!
