Trailer delivered to IUSJ over 2 weeks ago, still not received
We had a trailer delivered via AAA (trailer number AZNG248451) at IUSJ for an AWD shipment (STAR-R6M2YC2FESWKS). It's been over 2 weeks and still there is no update on Amazon's side and AAA can't provide a proof of delivery either.
Can an Amazon employee who browses these forums look into this and find out where our trailer is? At least locate it on your lot at IUSJ? I have never had this happen before and it really worries me about using AWD going forward.
The only way to get tracking is to use an Amazon partnered carrier. My ocean carrier (Kuehne Nagel) has offered to use an Amazon partnered carrier for the truck delivery going forward as AAA was terrible, but seller support wouldn't give me a list of approved vendors. They are once again, completely unhelpful (case #17097318821).
I don't know what to do at this point.
Others who are having issues on the west coast, please speak up. Our latest AWD shipment is being sent to Texas because California is apparently full up right now. And maybe that's why our trailer has been sitting around for weeks with no action on Amazon's part? But I sure would like to know what they've done with tens of thousands of dollars worth or our stuff.

Hi @Seller_TExEjpCoJyiJO,
I'm passing this shipment and case along to our AWD team for research and will advise upon hearing back.

Hi @Seller_TExEjpCoJyiJO,
There is no record of this shipment being received at any Amazon facility (FBA or AWD). Dou you mind sharing your appointment (ISA) number?
We recommend working with your carrier on the whereabouts of the trailer in absence of any appointment/POD.
For more info, please review section 4 of Amazon Warehousing and Distribution terms and conditions noting that Amazon will not be able to provide any inventory related reimbursement as the inventory handling was not managed by Amazon prior to boxes arriving at the Amazon Distribution Center.
Regards,
Topher
