i lost hundreds of items, who can help me?
i created a removal order which include 754 units on 13th Sep, however so far i just revceived less than half of them. But on removal order report, it shows all are delivered. I raised a case and asked Amazon to start an investigation, but Amazon said i shoud contact the carrier, but i have no idea who is the carrier. They send me a website quicksend.ae, but i cannot find any uae local contact on it. Amazon asked them to deliver my items but i didn't receive, why should i contact them, it's not fair for a seller. Amazon should be responsible for my items and ask the carrier to find my items.
So far, i don't know what can i do. That's hundreds of items which value more than 10K AED. I feel so desperate now, and i am really disappointed with Amazon.
Please who can help me and tell me what can i do? Shoud i call police or report to UAE Ministry of Commerce?
