Premium A+ content still not granted after meeting eligibility criteria.
As the title states we have met the eligibility criteria for Premium A+ content, but we still don't have access after 3-4 months of waiting. Every time I start a a new case, I get the generic response of how to be eligible for the premium A+ content and no further help after that. Has anyone had any success with reaching out to Amazon in regards to status of approval or actually getting access to premium A+ content?
