Dear Amazon Team,

For weeks, I have been trying to resolve issues with both Amazon Canada and Amazon Mexico through the Help section and various Seller Support representatives. Despite numerous interactions, my problems remain unresolved.

In both marketplaces, my funds have been unfairly withheld, even though I have provided clear evidence supporting my case. Amazon Canada initially stated they would release my funds but later reversed their decision without explanation. This inconsistency has caused serious financial difficulties.

Earlier today, I reached out to Seller Support again, hoping to receive guidance or at least instructions on how to proceed. Instead, I encountered an unprofessional and dismissive representative who wasted my time with irrelevant responses and a condescending attitude.

At this point, I need to know if there is anyone at Amazon who can genuinely help resolve my issue. I demand a direct resolution and an immediate release of my withheld funds.

Please escalate this matter and provide clear next steps.
