Create MCF Order Issue

I have attempted to contact seller support numerous times for this issue and keep getting the run around. I can't create an MCF Order. I get this error when going to Orders -> Create MCF Order: "Your account is deactivated at this time. Please contact Support for assistance."

I was told it was because I had a balance due under Canada seller market. The balance has cleared but the problem persists. I have customers waiting for orders to be shipped. How can i get this escalated.
