Verification Status Complete but Account Still Inactive

I'm a new Amazon seller in Canada, but my account became inactive due to inactivity in the U.S. I don't plan to sell in the U.S. or Mexico, but my professional account included access to those marketplaces.

To reactivate my account, I submitted the required documents for re-verification. After 48 hours, I received confirmation that my account was verified and active, showing a U.S. flag, but all marketplaces remain inactive.

I’ve gone through the re-verification process twice with the same result. Amazon support advised me to try again and wait another 48 hours. I’m frustrated and losing hope, as my listing has been inactive for over a week.

Can anyone from Amazon help me? I hope I can get some support through here.
