Northern Ireland Sellers Prime dates Issues
Hi,
We sell from a Northern Ireland location using SFP Giving our products a Prime badge but they are not the next day,
For example at 11 am on a Monday it says the product will be delivered by Wednesday this is what the customer is seeing. Sellers in the UK Mainland are given a prime 24 badge and we have to uphold the exact same standard and spend the same money with Royal Mail yet we are getting penalized with only getting Prime 48hr.
( Parrell tested this beside a like-for-like product one with a Prime 24 and one with a Prime 48, the Prime 24 will always generate a higher conversion even tho we are sending it 24 and judged on the same set of delivery requirements)
Is this because we are in Northern Ireland?
Where I have an issue is Amazon still makes us send on Monday and deliver on Tuesday using a Premium Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service, and all our performance percentages are based on 24-hour even though Amazon is Showing our customers Prime 48-hour delivery? This being the case we should be allowed to avail of the tracked 48 and not the 24 tracked in turn saving us some on shipping costs.
Has any other sellers come across this or am I missing something?
Regards
