Search suppression for photos.

We sell a brand of cross stitch patterns who label there sets alphabetically ie set a set b set c.

All was going well but recently when trying to add the newer variations there has not been one to list to via upc listings. Initially we just moved on and sold elsewhere but a new method of listing has appeared where you can list via a url which is fine as we sell them on our website.

Went through and added the sets o to u using the manufacturers pictures of the front of the pattern. Some have gone through and some have errors which i cant seem to fix.

Then the ones that have gone through have all been search suppressed on contacting support all you get is you must not have text, logo and watermarks over the top of the image. Telling them that this is the image and the text and logos are on the front of the packet does not seam to penetrate. They are insisting that we remove the any text and logo form the image to improve customer satisfaction.

NOw of course you remove all that and it no longer looks like the product so people wont associate it with the actualproduct as it wont look right.

Is there any way of getting round this all of the earlier ones have the normal picture of the item on display just trying to get new ones on seems to hit a bot check.

Have added the two photos for comparison

Hello @Seller_KlbXZHzQGSDZv,

Thank you for posting.

I will have to remove the image containing the phone number and URL links, as it's against the Forum's Guidelines to publish such information.

I´m sharing Image troubleshooting for the review.

I hope other sellers will share tips on how to advertise your products following Amazon requirements.

Kind regards,

Julia.
