Shipment Stuck in Delivered Status

Hello - I have a shipment that was delivered September 30 to TMB8 - Miami Gardens, FL but has not moved to Checked In status as of today. I created a case (ID 16491050111) on October 16 about this delivery and was told that an investigation could be opened on November 5 if the shipment's status has not changed. Can anyone assist with this as I'm unable to get any support from associates via chat. Thank you.

Have you tried opening a case since today is the 5th? Given the time of year it can take 30-60 days for inventory to update. What is the current status?

Has there been any updates to your shipment in the last couple of days? If this situation is not resolved after that investigation is completed, please reach back out to me in this thread with your investigation case ID and I'd be happy to help further.

These issues don't seem to get regular follow up on the forum when they're resolved, so I wanted to do so with the hope that it might help someone else down the road. TL;DR: A shipment of 200 items was closed without being moved to checked in status on November 5 is now being checked in and added to inventory on December 1.

Timeline:

-Shipment delivered on 09/30

-Contacted seller support on 10/16 and was told nothing could be done until 11/05

-Contacted seller support on 11/05 and was told nothing could be done until EOD

-Shipment closed on 11/05, with 0 items checked in and received

-Opened this seller forum post and commented on a few others, where similar issues has been experienced at the same distribution facility. Thank you to @Jameson_Amazonand @Bryce_Amazonwho helped navigate me through the process.

-Created a Missing Items from Inbound case on 11/05. Case was closed 11/19 as I could not produce invoices for the items shipped in. I am a used media seller and have receipts, but no invoices. After the case was closed @Bryce_Amazon helped bring this to the attention of Amazon's Selling Partner Relations group. On 11/20 they opened a case.

-I have not heard back from the case, itself, but on 12/01 see items showing up as received in both my inventory and on the shipment page, itself.

Hugely grateful that this looks to be finding a positive outcome
