Fake reviews

Hi All,

I'm probably beating a dead horse here per seller support's answer to my case.

I launched a brand new product - no units have sold, heck, it's not even checked in to FBA yet. To my surprise, there are 3 1-star fake reviews all in the same vein. I reported the listings and even raised a case with support but got the standard boilerplate response. If a mod could look into this latest case (#16519152351), that would be great. This situation really incenses me.
