VTR no change (more than 30 days)
I still can’t understand how its works. I am sending using only Buy shiping Amazon RM. VTR is at the level of 83.61%, On-Time Delivery Rate 98.04%. Sometimes I am at the post office in the morning and in the evening, the customers are satisfied. Amazon suggests reducing the handling time (promised 3.4 vs 1.2 days) to1 day. 1 handling time is set all time. Can anyone advise what I’m doing wrong. Thanks

Amazon, when buying BsA sets the appropriate option to buy automatically (it is not possible to buy 2 class, for example) Why do not accept what they suggest?

My VTR problem started last year probably due to premium shiping. When they introduced it, the premium option for deliveries in London was selected and I had no idea about it.
I contacted suport several times, but no one found out and reported it. I came to it now becouse of you. Thank you.
