Difficulty obtaining support for bamboo fiber content claim issue

I sell a range of bamboo blend products which have been correctly labelled in the product detail pages with the correct fiber content (eg 95% bamboo, 5% elastane) and have the testing certificates to say they pass all relevant tests. Yet Amazon keeps de-listing all these products. I try to obtain support, I submit everything requested, but then keep getting the exact same reply back again to say:

This product has been identified as potentially making false claims about fiber content, and improperly references bamboo fibers. The Textile Product Identification Act requires proper display of fiber content for all bamboo textile products. Product must display: 1) Synthetic fiber names (e.g. rayon or viscose), 2) Percentages by weight of each fiber in descending order (e.g. 60% Rayon derived from Bamboo, 40% Cotton), and 3) Import designation (e.g. Made in the U.S.A, Imported or both) For more information, please visit our seller help page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/201707090?locale=en-US

The latest I have been suggested to do is to submit an image that states the fibre content written the same as is in the listing (eg 95% bamboo, 5% elastane), which I have done along with submitting an appeal again to say I have now done the next thing I am being told to do, but this also does not seem right.

Is there any further way to get amazon support on this issue - there are now nearly 500 units in stranded inventory and I am unable to run my business at all despite complying in every way possible.
