No payouts since December 2024

I have had zero payouts since December 2024. At the end of every settlement the reserve gets bigger and no funds are available to payout. Prior to this I never had any issues receiving payments, they just randomly tailed off in November 2024 and ceased completely in December 2024.

I have contacted seller support numerous times and each time I get the same information about what account level reserves are, or when the next settlement end date is. None of this is helpful and the cases get closed immediately after this. No one is reading my messages and acting accordingly to help resolve the matter.

I am raising this issue here in the hope that someone outside of the usual Amazon seller support team can escalate this issue.

A further message regarding seller support. Seller support ignore my requests to escalate the case or to submit a formal complaint.

I am being given the same information after every contact by Fathima. I am being told account level reserve is normal, explanations as to what a reserve is and why it exists. There is also mention of A-Z claims and charge backs - I have never had any if Fathima cared to check. Reserves don't remain unchanged for transactions over six months old. I am now owed thousands of pounds.

I can only think to contact the MD now. If that fails then I will have to open a claim with the court.

I've followed up with the partner team about your case. It appears your disbursements are currently on hold due to a KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance issue. This means 100% of your balance will be held until the KYC requirements are fulfilled.

To resolve this, please check your Seller Central notifications and work directly with the KYC team to complete the requirements.
