Rearrange pallet collection
Hi everyone,
I hope all are well.
Unfortunately, the UPS driver wasn't able to collect the pallets as to being too heavy. How do I arrange another collection? This is my first time shipping by pallets.
Upon speaking to UPS CS, they told me I need tracking numbers to schedule it again but I don't have these. I only have an ARN. And then another agent gave me a contact number that just keeps ringing out.
Please can someone help, i really need to send these ASAP.

How heavy were the pallets? you will likely have to cancel the pallet and reupload to rebook it in, paying the collection costs again if the failed collection is your fault for being over weight
