The brand that you have entered is already registered in Amazon Brand Registry.
We are totally stuck trying to progress with brand registry. We own 2 word and image trademarks (UK). We have been trying to register them with Amazon brand registry for over a year now. There are already products we list on Amazon and we want to register to provide A+ content.
We were getting generic rejection messages with no helpful info. And been told numerous times that if we meet criteria then we can try again. I periodically try again every now and again.
I tried again and was met with the message that the brand has already been registered. I am at a total loss as there is no way to get in touch with anyone who can help. I clicked to provide my details to the brand owner, but we havn't received anything, and I have no idea who the brand owner is if it is not us.
Any Amazon support people here who can advise?

Amazon seller support don't come on here - and now it is rare for the mods to comment.
What is the brand name and are they already on Amazon? If so I;m not sure what you can do?
