Unfair Storage Utilisation Ratio Calculation

How do I get my Storage Utilisation Ratio Reassessed?

I had an issue in June where Amazon automatically added the US market to my account (which I did not want). When I could not provide documentation my account was suspended, due to Amazon poor support my account was suspended for several weeks.

Now that my account is reactivated, due to 0 activity in the past 13 weeks my Utilisation Ratio is obviously very high.

I am now sitting at 54 weeks where I was previously consistently at 20 week, which is resulting in a surcharge.

Can anyone help me actually get this looked into by Amazon? After 3 phone calls and 6 emails I am still being put through the wringer by seller support who cannot seem to understand my query whatsoever and have sent me every irrelevant stock answer and keep closing down my case.
