What do you mean they keep picking up money? Do you mean the account level reserve? Do you have a professional account? If so, they still take the monthly fee and/or FBA, they still take storage fees.
To list/sell product on Amazon, you need a valid credit card, not a debit card. Did you receive a deactivation notice? If so, post it here.

You cant sell on Amazon for free. They take fees for allowing you to use their platform to sell your stuff. They also take a percent of every sale. Also, to Amazon, changing your card probably looks like someone trying to take over your account. So they closed your account to prevent what they think is possible fraud against you.
I dont know the exact path to reopening your account but I wish you good luck. People have a hard time proving they are who they are.

The first thing you need to do is get your account activated again, assuming it has been suspended. Until you do that you won't be able to do anything else. Here's a concept of a plan:
1. If you received a suspension notice (via email), post it here with the personal info covered or removed. Don't worry about the other stuff until the suspension is resolved. Lifting the suspension will take some time, if it's still possible.
2. While you're waiting for that, go to Seller University and read *all* of it. Beginning to end. It's clear from your post that you don't understand how the platform works. And, you don't know how to find the report of your sales, fees, and other costs charged by Amazon. You need to know all of this or you risk losing much more time, money, and inventory.
3. I'm not being mean when I say this: if you're not interested in devoting a week or two (or more) to learning how Amazon works, you're better off leaving here and selling on other, easier platforms. Amazon is very complicated and faking it can cause you to lose *everything* you put into it.
People in the forum will help you once you accept responsibility. In your case, Amazon is not the problem. You not understanding how Amazon works is the problem. So study! And good luck.

This almost sounds like your account has been hijacked. You should probably change your password.
Does your Payments Dashboard show any disbursements initiated or completed? There was a time some years back where some seller accounts had been hijacked and the disbursements were going to someone else.

You can replace the new debit card for Amazon to deduct the fee. Once the deduction is successful, you can use the account normally.

You wanted Amazon to stop charging you their fees by removing the card in your account and you expected to solve the problem like this?
