Urgent help to relist an ASIN I Deleted
discussion.I got a violation for hand cream that it has bimatropost or isopropyl cloprostenate. This item is an organic products made with shea butter and some organic products. I sent the image to the violations team and they keep replying with a generic answers. I deleted the listing think that is what they wanted me to do, now they want me to add pictures if all the sides to the existing listing which I can not do now since tge listing is deleted they asked me to reached out to sellers support which I did but tge seller support said they will get the restricted products team to reach out to me, tgat they can only reach out to me via email. I haven't heard from anyone and I am sincerely tired I have called and called but no head way.
Anytime I send a reply to the violations team, they keep generating new case no, these are some of the new case now.
