DAC7 is just a reason to block us during high peak season?
For 2 months I have been trying to get my DAC7 verified but Amazon just does not want to do it. ALthough my VAT number is valid (same number was OK for Amazon for 3 years) and I even provided them proof from the European VAT website - they still don't activate my account.
CUstomer support to whom I called like 10 times keeps saying that " we are looking into it" and "somebody from DAC7 team will contact you". NOTHING happens.
Well, the festive season is over and I guess they will suddenly realize that my VAT number is fine.
WHat a shame...
