Anyone else being charged a paper surcharge by UPS for their packages now?

UPS went paperless in April 2024 so now any paper commercial invoice being surcharged but i can't see how to upload invoices on Amazon or direct to UPS

Surely Amazon are aware of this and should rectify for sellers

Any help or advice be much appreciated
