Trademark infringement policy violation for common word
So my brand name is "Method Seven" and it's also trademarked by me/my company. Today I get a policy violation for trademark infringement for use of the word "Method" and apparently the only way I can fix this is to remove the word "Method" from my products. HOW? This is my brand name!! The email also says "We leveraged a combination of automated means to identify this issue and make this decision." How about have an actual human review these things before you start threatening to remove my listings? This is beyond ridiculous.

I have the same problem now. My brand name is "MIYA LIFE", which has been registered for more than 4 years, and now my store gets policy violation for trademark misuse from "Miya", more and more listings are deleted.
